What's up Twitter fam?!? Haven't posted in a while so I figured I'd explain. Last week I had a heart attack. Went to the doc sent me to ER and got transferred to another hospital and a Cardiac emergency dept. Found a blockage, put in a stent. I'm home now and doing ok.

Was told to go back to my yoga. My wife is gonna start with me. Could use a bit of help getting a few things so I made an Amazon list.
