Tips on starting and making your Instagram cute and aesthetically pleasing: a thread.
Find Your Aesthetic/Niche
A good way to build yourself on ig and grow within it is to find your aesthetic and embrace it. Finding your niche can help you grow within the community! Ex of niches: Parisian, soft girl, etc
Don’t know your aesthetic?

I didn’t and still don’t know where my aesthetic falls into. I would say look on Pinterest or look for accounts that you enjoy and would like to do as well for your IG! Take little pieces of these people/photos and make it you!
You found your aesthetic, what’s the next step?

Plan your photos! Something that I used to do is just post whatever I thought would look good and then archive it later on because I didn’t like it. Planning my posts saved my life. Currently I use FeedPreview for my main account.
Take a lot of photos ahead and plan ahead!

A big mistake that I did was post everyday without taking a lot of photos ahead and then running out of photos to post. It’s always good to be constant. If you want to post everyday take a lot of photos so you can build your feed.
Building your feed!

Building your feed requires a common color palette, and different details. There are do’s and dont’s to making a good feed. I made examples using photos I found on Pinterest showing the dos and dont’s to a good feed in my opinion!

Have good color palette.

Whether you use one color as a key point to your feed or introduce a lot of colors and blend in well, having a color palette is key. Also don’t feel restricted to it, explore different colors on your feed! Just make sure to blend everything well.
Don’t post for wrong intentions.

Post things that you enjoy, whether it’s a pretty plant or a purse. Don’t rush your posts in order to gain followers. Rushing your posts will make you not enjoy Instagram. Also, ignore what people think of your insta, if you like it who cares.
