"The problem we have right now is we're in Donald Trump's America," he says. "This happens to be Donald Trump's America. COVID is out of control."

Biden says Trump is "rooting for" more violence in America because "he views it as a political benefit" to himself.

"I condemn violence in any form, whether it's looting or anything else," he says.

Joe Biden on MSNBC: "More people have died on this president's watch than just about any time in American history."

Biden accuses Trump of "pouring gasoline on the racial flames that are burning now."

"People have a right to be angry. People have a right to protest," he says. "It's real. There's a real problem. And notice, the problem keeps getting worse under the tenure of this president."

“I pray to God” that there’s a COVID vaccine “tomorrow,” Biden says.

“Let’s assume we have a vaccine tomorrow. Do we have a plan for how to administer the vaccine…to 300 million people?”

Joe Biden rejects Nancy Pelosi's suggestion not to debate Trump: "No," he says. "I'm going to debate him."

"I'm going to be a fact-checker on the floor," he says.
