When Rangi screamed and cried for help triggered Kyoshi to go into the Avatar state because Xu Ping An was torturing the person Kyoshi cared about most in the world by hurting Kyoshi

This was such a badass move of Kyoshi. WE STAN.
When Kyoshi was so mesmerized by Rangi's beauty. I really love how this was written it's just so beautiful. Name a better love story than Rangshi. 
This was the era of Kyoshi. There would be no other.
When Kyoshi sang the poem Kuruk made for Hei-Ran (Rangi's mother) where only Kuruk and her friend, Kelsang, knew about that poem. This was also the moment Kelsang found out she was the true Avatar and not Yun. 
Kyoshi at the beginning of TSOK vs Kyoshi at the end of TSOK about Rangi made her feel human, balanced and whole.
