the morning after a binge, i wake up early to drink water and do some gentle exercises. before working out, i always drink a celsius, which helps boost your metabolism and burn fat during exercise. i like to go on a walk, do yoga or pilates, and stretch afterwards.

after i finish my workout, i make a “detox” water with cucumber and fresh lemon juice in ice water. i liquid fast until dinner the day after i binge, and i find this water helps with any cravings or digestion issues i may have!

now, i shower and continue on with my day as usual. i like to light a candle while i get ready and put on a cute but comfy outfit so i don’t feel insecure while in public (i get pretty bloated). i try to get halfway through my first bottle of water during this time.

once i finish getting ready it’s time to get started on my schoolwork, and that means it’s time for coffee! depending on my mood i’ll either have an iced black coffee w/ a touch of maple syrup or i’ll add some unsweetened vanilla almond milk & dairy free creamer.

i take a short break from school after i finish my coffee to chug some more water & smoke a little weed. i find that smoking helps with any stomach cramps & anxieties i have from binging and it’s key to recovery! (cont.)

at this time, i have my first “meal” of the day: 1/2 frozen banana, 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 scoop ghost chips ahoy protein powder. sometimes i add spinach or kale! if i am liquid fasting i ALWAYS have a protein smoothie; proteins keep you FULL!

time for another “meal”! the star of the show is GINGER! i’ll either have a juice, kombucha, or tea with ginger to help with digestion, bloating, and gas. i like to sip on my drink while running errands or cleaning up around the house.

keeping myself busy throughout the day keeps me from spiraling into a binge cycle, but now it’s time for me to finally relax. i make a peppermint tea for the afternoon to sip on while i chill & watch netflix for a few hours/until dinner. don’t forget to drink water!

in a perfect world i wouldn’t have to eat dinner but i live with my parents:/ so dinner time! i keep my meal veggie focused with a serving (or two, depending on what it is) of protein. i take small sips of water every few bites and don’t go for dessert.

time to wind down. i light my candle & take extra time to pamper my skin and body (she’s been through a lot). i also make a cup of my favorite tea, the pukka detox. she is a gentle, natural laxative that tastes yummy and won’t hurt ur tummy!

i refill my water & get in bed early. it’s so so so important to rest your body after putting it through a binge! while i’m falling asleep, i listen to my subliminal playlist on youtube (so relaxing). when i wake up the next day i am bloat free and at a normal weight!

just wanted to add that it is so important to take care of yourself after a binge, and even though this works FOR ME, it might NOT work for you! make sure to give your body lots of rest and water throughout the day no matter what & stay safe!
