Animation studios that *do* hire black people often mistreat and belittle them...while absolutely more black ppl should be getting hired, it& #39;s also important to ask if black voices are being heard when working for these studios too.

It& #39;s not black ppls jobs to educate their white peers, we deserve better than to have to almost constantly remind white people not to make these kinds of jokes (when it& #39;s rly not hard to realize that maybe, this is something offensive)
