-I kept a food journal for a week & found I was eating 800 mindless calories/day

Since eliminating,

✅body fat decreased
✅so much more energy
✅best shape of my life
3)six months ago I came across @devinmcdermot 🙏

I knew occasional porn browsing was wrong before, but his tweets encouraged me to 100% quit viewing.

-over 130 days later with 0 images & 0 content consumed my

✅Faith has 10x
✅marriage is🔥
✅productivity 10x
✅mind sharper
