1)$HTR - approaching 1 exahash in hash rate. Why is this important and what does it mean? For starters here is general hash rate info:
How is the hash rate measured?
Hash rate is a unit measured in hashes per second or h/s and here are some usual denominations used to refer
2)General hash info

1 GH/s is 1,000,000,000 (one billion) hashes per second;
1 TH/s is 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion) hashes per second;
1 PH/s is 1,000,000,000,000,000 (one quadrillion) hashes per second;
1 EH/s is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 (one quintillion) hashes per second
3) $HTR has grown in community and more important mining power from 1 PH/s to sitting in the 800s PH/s currently. As the difficulty of mining increases, so do the costs/baseline price per $HTR. For the same mining equipment/power, the total rewards cost more to miners.
4) Not financial advice, just simple economics on why hash rate matters in POW. It secures the network first and foremost, and as the difficulty in hash increases, the cost to mine said blocks increases, which sets the floor at price like $BCH / $BSV or any POW chain.
5)Emission rate is affected by the set rewards/block. Halvening / Halving events in POW tend to come with an increase in price as it becomes more costly to mine the same amount (assuming same demand on newly reduced supply as pre-halvening.)
ALSO
6) $HTR has a halvening event Jan 3, 2021 from 64 HTR/block to 32 HTR/block. Do with this info what you will.
