Another sleepless night. But no, "whoa is me" here. I coughed a little in my sleeplessness and thanked my guardian spirit for sparing me, so far, from more difficult health issues, lately.

I just want to send peaceful and loving thoughts to all those who are suffering right now whether it's COVID, personal grief, financial turmoil, homelessness, abusive relationships, racism, any bigotry at all in any shape or form, major surgery, life altering illness,

hurricanes, floods, fires, spiritual drought, aimlessness and being lost in general, a spouse passing, a child passing, a parent or sibling or pet passing, fear of the unknown, dread of the possible or the impossible...
Unfortunately, the list can go on and on and does...

I don't have answers. No one does.
All we have to fall back on is love and caring and hope for one another. And that, today, I share with all of you in need.
