Dad begs judge to speak to P

Judge: "It's not my role to speak to yr daughter. She has her own representative, the OS. She will be spoken to."

Dad: I want to reject this order + what the LA want to do to my daughter

Judge: You can take legal advice

Dad has already said he's run out of money fighting for daughter.

This is his only contribution in 1.5hr hearing.

Earlier in court, Judge said he's been in hearings since 9.30am and has another at 2pm and "needs a break" between this one + the next.

He's had to take time out of this hearing to read docs submitted late.

He looks exhausted + frazzled - head in hands as Dad speaks.
