School reopening depends on all of these important factors being optimized

3) Small class sizes are crucial, and are not being addressed by most provincial plans. @OntarioSafe is a grassroots group that grew from a massive petition by @msiggerslibrary hoping to change that https://www.change.org/p/ontario-demands-better-reduce-class-sizes-to-keep-schools-and-communities-safe
4) Rapid testing is unfortunately stalled, even though these tests are being approved quickly in the US. The US FDA has given emergency approval for this rapid test, and several more are expected. 5) Outbreak management plans are slowly starting to be released across the country. These should be compared to best practices in Denmark and elsewhere.
