I’ve had enough. It’s been weeks since a buyer has been so demanding and even using harsh words against me, dahil sa iilang mishaps ko.
I have been accused of hiding something, scam, nagdadahilan, even said I’m a Jongdae anti??? HINDI KO NA NASISIKUMURA ITONG MASAMANG MESSAGES.
As you all know, during 100 peso sale biglang dumami ang followers shop and I admit a few of my mistakes include wrong estimation of the delivery and hindi ako nakapag-set ng T&C agad for earlier items.
I send updates to all and if hindi ko kaya magsend, sinasabi ko naman bakit at kailan.
Super thankful to understanding buyers. But this ONE person is downright RUDE and DEMANDING. My mistake is saying na ETA of the sale from June is Aug 1. BUT some things are not in my control like the delays in customs.
I explained naman but I WAS ACCUSED na may tinatago raw ako. The buyer also DEMANDED so much and kept saying na kailangan niya na NOW. But what can I do? EH WALA PA NGA PO SA AKIN ANG ITEMS. Hindi ko na po control ang courier.
This is when nag tweet ako na sana wag masyado rude sa dms.
Then when I successfully shipped the items, I thought okay na. But no. May slight tear sa isang album, 5 are okay and yung AAAF lang hindi. Demanded again to HAVE IT REPLACED and even said “baka anti ka” dahil lang doon.
All items are UNSEALED, nabuksan na, second hand. Possible rin na due to delivery na-incur ang damage since I packed it in good condition. Hindi ko gets bakit HINDI NIYA IYON MAINTINDIHAN. I offered a refund para sa peace of mind ko, pero RUDELY rejected it. SABI PALITAN KO RAW.
This is so unfair to my other buyers kasi sino siya para magdemand ng replacement?

Sobrang lala din for my peace. I accept criticisms, but this is too much. THIS IS BULLYING. Nagbabayad kayo ng albums, oo. Pero hindi ako alila na tanggap lang nang tanggap ng masasamang salita.
