Poster presentations have always been a big part of the Brainbox Initiative Conference, so we've worked hard this year to make sure that we're still getting things right for our presenters in a virtual environment.
Through discussions with researchers who have presented their work at other online events, we've been keen to find out what has (and hasn't) worked well in this transition to an online environment to make sure that the Brainbox Initiative Conference provides a good experience.
We want to ensure that all of our poster presenters and their work retain the maximum visibility possible throughout the event, so that's why we're offering all of our presenters the following:
- Dedicated space on our website to present a high-resolution pdf poster, with the option to supplement this with a short video presentation to enhance your display
- Prominent placement of our three-minute supporting pitches in the conference programme each day
- A dedicated forum thread for delegates to forward questions about your research
- The option to submit proposals of planned research, not just completed studies
- And the chance to win one of six prizes, including cash rewards and complimentary workshop registrations
We're committed to supporting researchers who want to present their work at our conference, and we invite anyone working with non-invasive brain stimulation and imaging methods to apply.

Call for entries closes September 14: https://brainbox-initiative.com/poster/
