Poster presentations have always been a big part of the Brainbox Initiative Conference, so we& #39;ve worked hard this year to make sure that we& #39;re still getting things right for our presenters in a virtual environment.
Through discussions with researchers who have presented their work at other online events, we& #39;ve been keen to find out what has (and hasn& #39;t) worked well in this transition to an online environment to make sure that the Brainbox Initiative Conference provides a good experience.
We want to ensure that all of our poster presenters and their work retain the maximum visibility possible throughout the event, so that& #39;s why we& #39;re offering all of our presenters the following:
- Dedicated space on our website to present a high-resolution pdf poster, with the option to supplement this with a short video presentation to enhance your display
- Prominent placement of our three-minute supporting pitches in the conference programme each day

- A dedicated forum thread for delegates to forward questions about your research
- The option to submit proposals of planned research, not just completed studies
- And the chance to win one of six prizes, including cash rewards and complimentary workshop registrations
