keep in mind:
‼️ all of these are just my observations ‼️
- i’m not a professional
- not every aspect will be tackled since others are pretty straightforward (like the set being on the street/ their outfits, etc)
- feel free to correct me if i’m wrong/ share your thoughts :>
1 - [EDITING - switching shots]

multiple switching from a still and dynamic shot of svt while vernon constantly moves makes his part not as dull even though the background has the same color palette as his clothes

@pledis_17 #SEVENTEEN
2 - [EDITING - use of the cut transition]

when hoshi is slowly being lifted up then cut to him doing the woah makes it feel like he was “pulled back down” to earth. it gives more emphasis to the song’s message

@pledis_17 #SEVENTEEN
3 - [EDITING - play on speed]

svt’s slowmo shot then cut to them running faster cut to dino dancing helps set the pace for jeonghan’s part and also emphasize the message about stopping/slowing down if it gets too fast/too much.

@pledis_17 #SEVENTEEN
4 - [EDITING AND CINEMATOGRAPHY - parallelism]

the shot of joshua turning the signs then cuts to s.coups in the car looks like the audience is the one turning the car, following to the sign.

@pledis_17 #SEVENTEEN
5 - [EDITING AND CINEMATOGRAPHY - parallelism pt 2]

the cut from the sign rotating downward and cheol’s car falling gave emphasis to the song’s message.

@pledis_17 #SEVENTEEN
conclusion:
svt’s production crew = 💯💯💯
