Whn it was announced tht 3 party (PTI,MQM&PPP) committee will b formed to solve KHI issues. Next day CM Sindh said:
"Executive work belongs to the Sindh Govt, not to the political parties, Let me make it clear tht the administrative&govt powers of Sindh wont b shared with anyone"

When PTI's Federal Govt tried to initiate development work in Karachi, Sindh CM said:
"This is not the job of the PM to give small schemes of local bodies level to his MPAs & execute them through the SIDCL, and likened it with treating Sindh as a colony." https://www.dawn.com/news/amp/1562674

CM Sindh is also heading the "Solid waste management department".

But still, somehow Federal Govt & PTI 14-MNAs are responsible for collecting garbage and clearing Nallahs.

Local Govt systems ve already been deliberately destroyed by PPP. There's no concept of service delivery.

Karachiites (that are rightly aggrieved) are demanding Federal Govt intervention. Unfortunately, after the 18th Amendment, there is very little Govt or even an establishment can do legally or constitutionally.

PPP knows this very well & they are fully exploiting it.

Sindh in general and Karachi in particular, don't have emergency service & Mass transportation systems.

Philanthropists like Edhi & Chippa are filling Sindh Govt shoes.

Any federal govt project for Khi is politicized by none other than PPP itself.

Any extraconstitutional act to remove PPP Sindh govt will backfire (History proves this point).

When there were talks on media to impose Governor rule or make Karachi a separate province. PPP used its ethnicity & Sindhudesh card & started an SM campaign against Karachiities.

In such a case when PTM is already stoking secessionist sentiments and Baloch terrorist groups are killing non-Baloch (both are supported by hostile agencies, Pak's Lahori elite, and Kohsar market revolutionaries).

Can state just pull the plug of PPP? Its anyone's guess.

So what should be done for KHI or how to get rid of PPP?

If Imran Khan is true to his accountability slogan. Corruption cases against PPP leadership should be followed to its logical end. It will have a similar impact as KHI op had on MQM (minus-1) and Panama case had on PMLN.

And of course, a nexus between PPP-media should be exposed if we are talking about long term solutions and not makeshift fixes.

Corrupt intelligentsia in media has made sure PPP survives & portrayed a 30 year old feudal with no achievement in his life is our messiah.
