I imagine that lots of leaders are preparing staff training sessions for next week.

One of the main traps that presenters fall into is using their slides to narrate their own understanding of whatever they are talking about rather than explaining something clearly.

They ‘recognise’ the content from the slides and make the (sometimes unconscious) assumption that all the other minds in the room are keeping up with them.
