So a couple days ago I tweeted something snide about people who weren’t voting for Biden even though they were against Trump.

A lot of people agreed, but a lot of people were infuriated and I took it down.

Aside from the boilerplate Hitlering, I had a conversation with one person - ONE - who patiently laid out how was dismissing those who hated Trump but didn’t share my circumstances.

... expect more from govt. and political leaders than I do. Not because they want to, but because they HAVE to.

So yeah, being lectured by someone not thinking about your circumstances, your economic insecurity, et al, is infuriating.

I hate it when it’s done to me.

So while I’m still voting for Biden and hoping he wins, I do see why, for so many, it’s not as black and white a decision as assumed it was. To the person who took the time to help me see that, thanks.
