Dear Jammu,
The first and the most important of issues is the unemployment. This is the basic root of too many other issues the youth is facing. There have been no appointments in any sector from quite a long time and now this pandemic has made things worse. (1)
2) Start looking for opportunities outside Jammu also. There are too many jobs in the government as well as private sector being listed recently where everyone can apply. The govt jobs for Jammu will always be limited and everyone wont get them. There is a life beyond that also.
3) Stop sitting idle and use this time to either prepare for future competitive exams or develop a skill set or join courses online which suit your area of interest. Anything learnt never goes waste. The possibilities are infinite and this horizon is endless. Try it.
4) If u wish to be an entrepreneur and have some good ideas, get incubated by the experts in the field before u start any start-up. 90% of your pre-start apprehensions will be sorted. For guidance, you can connect with me or @thewise_indian or @Saahil_v.
DONTs
1) Do not wait for opportunities to knock at your doors, make some efforts to reach them. Sitting idle brings negativity which inturn leads to low productivity. Avoid that as much as u can.
2) Stop expecting from the government to sort your placement issues. Imagine 3 lakh applications for 10,000 jobs. Those who wont get it still have to find some other way. So why wait? The mantra to success is to keep the government job as an option and not a priority.
3) Don't take advice from those who could not do it, all they have to offer is a list of excuses. Talk to those who have done it, coz they offer you the right ways to make a cookie crumble. Talk to the achievers. (Most important)
Kindly drop ur apprehensions/queries/questions regarding this in the comments section and i ll try my best to help you in my capacity. So buckle up, make yourself proud, achieve the unimaginable and stop being dependent. I know you can, Will you?
