there’s something severely wrong with me bc I get the worst feelings of dread when specific people facetime/call/text me just to talk. like I just want to be left alone and I’m not in the mood to communicate pls go away !! I need lots of space and time to myself
and I’m talking like a loooot of time :/ could be days but usually weeks before I’m in the mood to talk to some people again
and I hate when people can’t take the hint that I want to be left alone. I can’t be rude and say like you’re annoying give me space. so I resort to short responses but people still don’t get it!!!!!!
I sound like the worst person ever but it’s really how I feel:( how do I let everyone who hits me up that if I don’t respond to you, give me time and I’ll get back to you when I’m comfortable! I saw this thread teaching people to do that but it was for neurodivergent people so
I can’t really link people to it since it’s like insensitive imo esp cuz I’m not neurodivergent
