1) We can apply restricted curfew around exam centers to minimize crowd (can& #39;t we! We the people of India have responsibilities towards our students)
2) We can allot every rickshaw for transportation.

Why can& #39;t we run a program that we can give them light in this darkness. If they don& #39;t have books to study or library? Then
Why can& #39;t we motivate them! That if they don& #39;t want to give an exam for any genuine reason then it& #39;s Okay not to give exam! And do some useful work. 5/7
