Was gonna come back on here and make all these jokes about how I was gone and now I’m back. But it hardly seems appropriate now.

I’m proud of the NBA, WNBA, and all the MLB teams that didn’t play today.

I’m also immensely disappointed in the Cubs.

I understand Jason Heyward said to play. That doesn’t matter to me. Take a stand for your teammate. For your community. I have no idea how you arrive at the conclusion to just go on with business as usual.

This country has reached a point where every single thing sucks and it feels like we’re all on edge with regards to a boiling point. The most important thing we can do is listen to what people are saying.

Stand up for them and support them. I’ll never know what it’s like to be a Black person in America, and I’m not gonna pretend to know. What I can do, though, is listen to what people are saying, and help out in any way that I can.

Maybe tomorrow will be better and I'll be back to making jokes. I sure hope so. Goodnight.
