tw / school, anxiety, panic attack

i was our of school for two days and in that time my one teacher planned. a test and gave everyone their materials and such for it and didn’t tell me (even though they said they would email me what we did in class and the resources)

and i found out from a friend about all of this and i started freaking out because i care about how i do on tests and such and put myself in an intense panic attack only for my teacher to email me and say that she’ll let me take it another day

like this isn’t a big deal but i would have been so underprepared if i had just walked into class tomorrow without any knowledge about this and i would have failed completely. i just want to graduate already.

i just realized i made a spelling mistake but i’m still trying to calm down from it so i apologize, i’ll delete this thread later on
