Decided to do another Lupin Laserdisc thread just for comparisons

Here's Chinatown (1974) to start off now w/ the Japanese poster!
The Dead Pool (1988) is next!
A Clockwork Orange (1971) 🍊
Dancing along next is West Side Story (1961)
Following on from that we have Ikiru (1952)
Lawrence of Arabia (1962) continues the thread!
Now we're going over the moon w/ Paper Moon (1973)🌛
Being blow in next is Gone with the Wind (1939) ~ 🌬
I can certainly think of a few of my favourite things about this The Sound of Music (1965) poster! 🎶
Fujiko gets to be the Queen she's always wanted to be in this parody poster of Cleopatra (1963) ~ 👑
This is one of my favs so far, w/ Lupin being his usual perverted self in one of my favourite films Jaws (1975) ~ 🦈
Adding on the next one and it's Jigen being the character of Travis from Taxi Driver (1976) 🚕
Continuing the thread we have a very intimidating Lupin as The Terminator (1984)
Alright here's one of the most fitting so far w/ Goemon taking centre stage in Seven Samurai (1954)
Another Goemon cover w/ the film Enter the Dragon (1973) ~ 🐲
Fujiko's turn again & this time the cover is taken from a screenshot of Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) instead of it's theatrical poster!
Next up we have Westworld (1973), I rl like how the person who drew this took the original Japanese poster & added a funky background scene!
Looks like Lupin gets to be his true monkey self in this Planet of The Apes (1968) Japanese poster! ~ 🐒
One more for tonight & I adore this poster, Pops as Charlie Chaplin is so perfect 😙👌❤

This Laserdisc cover was based off of the Japanese poster for City Lights (1931), I honestly wasn't expecting to find it!
Adding on to the thread w/ this fantastic Blade Runner (1982) poster!
The Sting (1973) is up next ft. Lupin & Jigen! ~ 🃏♠️♥️♣️♦️
Another cover taken from a screenshot, this time it's the film Roman Holiday (1953) ft. Fujiko & Lupin ~🍦
Aww yeah, cowboy Jigen in the sky time w/ the Japanese poster of A Fistful of Dollars (1964) ~ 💵
Who you gonna call? The Lupin gang in this Ghostbusters (1984) poster! 👻
It's Lupin's turn to be a cowboy (unfortunately not in the sky) in this parody of the Japanese poster for Shane (1953) ~ 🤠
Following on from that we have Lady Snowblood (1973). Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the screenshots the cover was based on but the theatrical poster is fantastic
Ft. Lupin, Fujiko & Jigen we have a parody of Stranger Than Paradise (1984) next!
A very fitting parody cover again w/ Fujiko & Lupin being the infamous Bonnie & Clyde (1967) of the early 30s ~ 💰💥
Another fitting poster w/ Jigen & Lupin as The Blues Brothers (1980) ~ 🚓 🚓🚓🚓🚓
Here's one I missed earlier, another Western this time ft. Lupin, Jigen & Fujiko on the cover of Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid (1969)
I havent found the exact film it's from but here we have Pops being Tora-san from the long running Japanese film series Otoko wa Tsurai yo (48 films w/ the same actor!!!)

I've included the first film, It's tough being a man (1969) & the last film Tora-san to the Rescue (1995)
Here's Lupin in a role which suits him quite well, Tootsie from the film of the same name (1982) & a rather confused Fujiko in the background ~ 👠
It's Goemon's time to shine again w/ him being rather angelic on the poster for Heaven Can Wait (1978) ~ 😇
Now this is the only one that I'm not 100% sure about but w/ Jigen's pose I think this is meant to be taken from a screenshot of Badlands (1973), if I'm wrong please let me know
Looks like a gust of wind has brought along The Seven Year Itch (1955) next w/ Fujiko as Marilyn Monroe & Lupin as the enthralled Richard Sherman in the iconic dress scene ~ 🌬👗
We have the whole gang here & quite a few one off characters from part 2 on this Cannonball Run (1981) Japanese poster ~ 🚗
The Third Man (1949) is up next ft. Jigen & the ballerina Monica from Ep 58 of Part 2
Goemon's turn for being on a really fitting cover, w/ this one taken from the Japanese poster for Hamlet (1948) ~ 🗡
Here's the final cover of the bunch & what better way to finish then to have the whole gang chillin' on the Japanese Poster for American Graffiti (1973)
And that's all the covers I could find & to finish this thread off here's the boxes I found that the Laserdiscs were packaged in!
And here are the last pics! A huge thank you to @himbokeibu & @gazouzharr for helping me find out most of the posters & my Dad for the last few westerns that had me stumped!

If someone finds any more let me know & I'll add them 👋
