If you, or anyone you know, knows or has done business with Jonathan Millar (jsm_801_custons) on IG, talk some sense into your friend. Sent my shoes in January, he chopped them up because he confused orders, & sent me a dirty shoe as a replacement. Shipped those back asap!
He said he would keep me posted, so I gave him two months. No update, nothing. It has now been 8 months. I contacted him and requested the funds needed to purchase another used pair of shoes. Instead of simply paying me and being done with it, he only supplied more excuses.
After trying to get brave, he finally apologized and said he would make it right. I gave him the 2 weeks he requested, he even said he could do it in 1. Sadly, no tracking info was sent, no updates were given once again. Contacted him again, and he now refuses to respond to me.
I& #39;m doing this to not only try and finally resolve this, but to more importantly put my snkr fam on alert. I hope no one else has to go through this. Be careful with the customizers you trust, not all are stand up, even the ones on YouTube with @AngelusDirect sponsorships.
@AngelusDirect, is this the type of person you sponsor and trust to represent your brand? I& #39;d look in the direction of the people actually doing good honest work, like @xjuanwilson. People like him handle issues like this in a professional way. Review your people Angelus.
