Rule for self evaluation is to receive objective & measurable data from a 2nd party.

If you don’t receive from a 2nd party, then self evaluation is not needed.

Reliance on a greater power will take responsibility for things you have no control over;
this is very self-soothing.

Don’t minimize your successes.

Self evaluation typically focused on the negative.

Feelings of “not good enough”.

Find someone who you trust to provide you with honest feedback and Grow.

99% of your negative beliefs are unfounded and carry no tangible data.
