They have eschewed the consensus public health view from Republicans like @ScottGottliebMD and Democrats like @ZekeEmanuel and @ASlavitt and are in sway to fringe ideas about herd immunity and the epidemiology of the disease. 4/

This is now the policy of the United States of America set by a few men with no expertise and flying in the face of everything we know about this virus and how it can be beat. 5/
