Does anyone else think that @She__Fi is insulting? Why do we need a special org to teach women defi? There are so many high schoolers on here who heard about crypto 3 weeks ago and are now degen farming. Is this like a remedial program? Does @melove_07 think women are incapable?

This is my industry. I’m trying build a career here. I don’t need orgs like this perpetuating the narrative that women are having a hard time keeping up. @She__Fi needs to be taken down. I’m sure it’s coming from a good place, but just no.

If you want to help women, find a way to get more of them in the C-suite. Pressure projects to hire more women. Advocate for better female representation (on the main stage!) at crypto events. Don’t teach them metamask and coinbase, they can figure that out on their own. Damn.
