This is an innocuous thread of how promotion which is supposed to be an incentive for our parents in service has become a thing of purchase
This thread goes directly to the ekiti state government through the ministry of education. A man , A man known for his hardwork and that has invested in the education sector of ekiti state has been denied of his promotion since 2014 until a year ago .
Without remuneration . He is my Father! I could remember my father's indefatigable effort as a teacher of state government school . We almost didn't enjoy his presence then because he was always in school all day and inspecting night prep classes.
We had plans drafted towards the promotion we were expecting , towards the salary advancement but they never came into existence. I'm appealing to Ekiti state Government and the attached dignitaries to this thread to come to our aid.
