if the bucks decide as a team to not play today then good for them. players came to the bubble with an understanding that they would be able to continue making a difference and if this is what it takes then this is what it takes
it most certainly felt like the movement had lost steam and attention after the first few bubble games and it's an absolute travesty that it took another murder for this to come roaring back to the forefront.
and idk what the right answer is bc there were guys who opted out of the bubble for this very reason and there was the kyrie comments and i have no idea what they have done either. not saying they haven't, but i genuinely haven't seen.
if any of these people feel that there is a path for them to take action and make a positive difference then they should absolutely pursue it, in or out of the bubble.
members of the bucks organization have never been shy about their involvement in politics and they have collectively been very involved in this movement particularly. this is ultimately not a surprising decision. brave, absolutely. surprising, no.
