The gas bill is in my landlord name still and there is a lien on the property

Now...you may wonder why this thread is still going, well...I had to provide the SSN cards along w other docs for my h/h members within 24hrs as it is COVID & these grants are going FAST

Tell me why...my sons father...the THRONE IN MY SHOE cannot find his card? And honestly....doesnt care and has NO money to put toward the bill & no where for me to go if my landlord puts me out bc of the lien on his property

If he doesnt put us, then my son and I are looking forward to a VERY cold winter as I cannot afford to heat the house
