This man, clearly looking for a fight
Attacks this man from behind while he was fleeing and gets shot as a result.
Kyle then flees before he gets overwhelmed.
You can see the mob chasing him
He trips at which point one guy hops off his skateboard and grabs it, another moves to stomp him while a third draws a glock out of his waistband.

Someone screams "GET HIS ASS"

He then defends himself from the mob.

Send this to anyone claiming that it was anything less than self defense.
