This pandemic has really made some people have to face that they may have a substance abuse issue. If you’re one of them here is a thread of some online resources that may be useful to you:

(1/?)
This site has a database of therapists to make it easier to find the right one for you. Enter in your zip code, refine your search parameters using your insurance and your main concerns, you can also search for online therapists in your state (3/?)
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us
If you are concerned about your substance use, make sure to find a therapist that specially works with substance abuse. Not every therapist is cut out the same. Read their bios and contact any that you think may be a good fit for you. (4/?)
Remember that you can interview multiple therapists before deciding which one you would like to schedule continuing sessions with (if you want more tips about that let me know). You don’t have to go with the first one who responds. (5/?)
AA and NA are also not the only support group type of programs that are available to you. While they can be incredibly supportive and helpful for many people, they may not be the right fit for you. (6/?)

One other option is Smart Recovery http://www.smartrecovery.org
Substance Abuse Disorder (alcoholism, drug addiction, etc) does not have one age, look, profession etc.. you do not have to fit into a certain stereotype in order to need support with your substance use. Seeking help is such a brave act of self love
