1/ An anecdote by #Sidhu about young #Sachin. India was put into bat on a wet pitch in WI. Sidhu played d 1st over from Curtly Ambrose & got hit all over the body.
Sidhu told Sachin that d ball was literally dancing after pitching & asked him to be watchful.

2/ Ian Bishop came on, to bowl the 2nd over. When Bishop, a hug man was nearing d bowling crease in his run-up, young @sachin_rt started rapidly walking towards Bishop & hit the ball for a straight flat sixer. Now comes the climax!

3/ @sherryontopp asked Sachin wondrously"What did you do?"
Sachin replied "You said d ball was doing things after pitching. So I did not allow it to pitch"
#Sidhu told this to highlight how great ppl approach a situation. It's not about good/bad but about being +ve in your belief
