Thread- Brewster and what to expect at the blades!
1- Brewster shouldn’t be introduced immediately, he will spend a fair bit of time on that bench. He will have to earn it and show wilder what he’s about... use Ben Woodburn as our last Liverpool loanee.... expected time walk in, but got limited minutes due to attitude
2. If mousett has improved fitness, it will be very hard for Brewster to get the nod over him.
3. Mcburnie will be the starting striker 9 times out of 10 so it’s a matter of who will partner him.
4. Our rotation with strikers is a very interesting topic, no partnership is consistent. Wilder likes to pick for specific games. So I expect Brewster to get minutes. But I expect most of those minutes from substitute
Although Brewster will add something that we currently lack, he will be there to add depth. However, trust wilder to be wise with his development and get the best out of him.
The final piece- I love Brewster to Sheffield United but please for heavens sake don’t expect his place in that team to be a given. Ideal first sub! He’s going into my team once the transfer has been completed!
Forgive me with no stats in this thread, this is just opinion only!
