Oklahoma is still in the red zone for COVID-19 cases, per the White House Coronavirus Task Force report on Aug. 23. So far, @GovStitt has not publicly shown any willingness to implement any of these recommendations.

Oklahoma has the 12th highest case rate in the nation with 123 new cases per 100,000 population during the week of Aug. 15-21. The national average is 93 per 100,000.
Oklahoma has the 8th highest test positivity rate in the nation with 9.9% for the week of Aug. 15-21. The national average is 5.8%.
