If Apple hired me to replace Tim Cook, the first things I would do:

- Trim the 30 percent cut to 12 percent
- Call Nvidia and apologize
- Release a mini-ATX Apple Silicon motherboard
- Have Phil Schiller unblock Prosser
- Revive ThinkSecret
- Make RAM and SSD upgradeable again

- Offer software updates that allow Mac G5 towers to be upgraded to support old IBM POWER processors
- Make a transparent MacBook Pro out of sapphire
- Replace Lightning with USB-C on all devices except the Magic Mouse 2, which will maintain its current design

- Launch a customer service effort to retrofit MicroSD slots on to all current iPhones
- Tell us what Don't Steal Mac OS X.kext really means
