Do yourself a favor and stop caring about the opinions of miserable people
I know this sounds easier than it is but next time you find yourself upset about someone’s opinion of you or politics or whatever just really think about what they’re like. Are they anything like what you want to be? No? Then it’s probably good that you disagree with them!
On the other hand, if you *are* a miserable person and the person you’re disagreeing with is happy, healthy, has stable relationships, etc... consider that no antidepressant can correct for unhealthy ways of living and you may have something to learn from them.
