The development creates real risk if a new board & management persist without doing a thorough audit of contracts signed & obligations that need to be met.

The WPCA needed someone with Kock’s integrity & commitment to the game in general & transformation & development in particular. Kock was also smart enough to ask the right questions about the R750-million property development currently underway at Newlands. @judith_february
