Seriously. So much international talent is lost because of the demand that they move to Seattle. Working for one of the big names full time, on a short contract, with low potential for extension/permanence makes the nightmare of moving to the USA more than unpalatable.
And looking at the shocking amounts of turnover for hires really indicates, to me, that there& #39;s no long term planning happening. It& #39;s a case of hiring the exciting person de jour, watching them work, then letting them go. Ensuring no continuity of change or development.
