I haven't found video prior to the shooter being chased the first time so I'm not sure what lead up to the chase. People are saying the shooter shot someone prior but there were 2 encounters. Both were captured on video and both show the shooter being chased prior.

The first encounter the shooter was chased into a parking lot and corned between some vehicles. That's the first death of the guy shot in the head. The second the shooter was chased into the street. Someone with a pistol was shooting at him.

The guy with the pistol became the second victim as the shooter (the militia kid) returned fire and the guy with the pistol was shot in the right arm. The shooter was then tackled in the street and kicked where he returned fire again. The third victim was there shot in the chest
