I'm influenced by Saudi/Yemeni dialects, mostly Hijazi & Hadhrami, so my choices below are biased on my experiences and views
Give me your perspectives and ideas, point out where I'm wrong :D

Qudra+Free Cities:
Midani was spoken with a sharp, precise rhythm, with the ends of sentences frequently clipped
This has an Egyptian Arabic feel to it

Pearl Cities:
most voices were more melodious.

Pantheist League:
consonants were trilled, seemingly at random
Probably cause I'm from the Peninsula, but it sounds like Western Arabic (Tunisia, Morocco, Algerian), which I could never reproduce even if my life depends on it.
I'd use Hijazi, the contender.

Eastern Zakhara:
Midani was spoken with a nasal accent.
Yep, Yemeni. Can't imagine anything else XD
Sana'a, Taiz, or Hudaidah

Huzuz+Hiyal:
Sounded flat and mechanical compared to other Midani speakers. Believed that they spoke the "true" Midani tongue, which was known as the "Golden" dialect.
HEY! it's only mechanical if you can't do it right!
Modern Standard Arabic (or, Quranic Arabic) is very melodic
