Resistance will always show up when you’re doing something new and funcomfortable. It doesn’t mean STOP & don’t do it.

It’s actually pointing in the direction of what you most need to do in order to grow.
Resistance can look like suddenly not feeling like doing it, getting distracted by cleaning your room, scrolling, etc., feeling heavy at the thought of actually trying your cool new idea ...

Get LASER clear on how you show up when feeling resistance.
For example, I’m here on Twitter talking about resistance instead of recording the video I’m about to record 😅😂 (gonna do it after this thread)

It also looks like “oh I should do yoga, meditate, & journal first”

My brain likes to trick with “good” things .. it’s resistance.
Once you get LASER CLEAR on the subtle actions you take to distract yourself when you’re feeling resistance, you’ll start to notice it & be like “oh .. there’s that thing I do .. time to take action.”
And for the love of GOD .. PLEASE .. do label resistance as a ✨sign✨ to not take action.

That’s a lie many of us spiritual people tell ourselves that disguises itself as something “good.”

It’s just resistance!!! Don’t let it trick you!! Ok time to go make this video.
