Let& #39;s break down some solutions.
If you want to solve a problem in tech, chances are you are going to be building a web app or a mobile app. Figure out where your customers are and what your business model is and then decide on which one you will start with. Let& #39;s go with web app for the sake of this thread.
You (the non-tech founder) need to figure out the BIGGEST pain points by talking to potential customers. Make a list of everything you want to solve and then cut it down by half and again, and again, until you have the bare bones of what you can launch with. This is your MVP.
Sure, you want to use GPT-3, AI, and other buzzwords but for now, just break it down into chunks for a product roadmap. You can use Trello or Notion to sort them by milestones so you can work with a tech team. But YOU need to understand what you want before you send it to them.
Now you have to find a way to build your MVP. There are a few different options. But first, BEFORE you build a tech team if you& #39;re non-technical, find customers! You need the MARKET part of product-market-fit or what& #39;s the point of the product? Make sure people need it.
Make a simple landing page for early access.
Use Typeform to collect information from your customers and build in the background manually what you want your automated process to eventually do.
Something like this is the simplest and quickest way to get PMF.

Now let& #39;s say you have 100 early signups. It& #39;s time to build!! But you& #39;re still non-technical. There are a few paths to take...

If you& #39;re feeling defeated as a founder, know that you& #39;re not alone. Every entrepreneur who is building a real solution will fall into dips along the way. That& #39;s all part of the process. Fight through it. Keep going. And ask for help and motivation if you need it.
