Of course Urogynnae R.K from St Mary's, Manchester knew, "reality is, it is very unlikely you will get a sanction or warning" @gmcuk ,it was acceptable for you to perform intimate exam ,abnormal 'mesh' findings, but omit from medical records, fail to act, & now she cannot 'recall'
