The police don't exist to protect us from you. They exist to protect you from us.

Specifically, law enforcement doesn't exist to "oppress" anyone. It exists so that crime is dealt with in an orderly, measured fashion. It's there so mobs of people with torches and weapons don't just come tear you apart when they're sick of your shit.

Antifa is not *the* mob. They're shock troops of the far left, an organized posse of a political minority. For every one of them, there are ten people at home who do nothing because if they did something, they're worried they'd go to jail.

What happens when those people don't have anyone to put them in jail? They get their friend, they get their guns, and they put you down. The fairyland utopia of your idiotic critical theory books doesn't rise up. Angry people get guns and kill you.

Ironically, as hysterical as these people get about lynching, lynching is what justice looks like without orderly law enforcement. Society can't exist if psychos can do what they want; consequently, it will find some way to stop them.

More and more people are putting together plans for when antifa comes to town. Those plans involve clean, operable, range-zeroed rifles and knowledge of state self-defense laws. The rest of the country isn't Portland.
