using the naturalization ceremony while doing his best to restrict immigration, legal and illegal, is icing on the cake. The White House is, or is supposed to be, the people's house. For all the people. Not now. Not with Trump.
I think that is the point, not the technical questions of whether and how the Hatch Act applies to POTUS and to WH staff and others (the Marines!) dragooned into the service of Trump's reelection.
