How a schedule can help you make better decisions.

1. Create a schedule

This should be a daily schedule and it should be you ideal day.

This means it encompasses the responsible tasks you need to carry out:
- Workout
- Food
- Work

But also leisure time:

E.g. "Every Tuesday at 7 I will play football for 1 hour".
2. This schedule should be updated regularly.

You could use the calendar on your phone, Google docs, excel or even just a paper diary.

Plans change all the time, you need to make notes so that you can adjust both responsibilities and leisure around the changes.
3. Why a schedule?

If you stick to a schedule properly for 30 days, it will then become a habit.

Now, most of your day will be carried out with little energy as your subconscious mind works away at regular tasks that your brain is expecting.

Your brain loves repetition.
4. So what?

This means you won't have a 10 minute debate on whether you will or won't do a workout this morning only to convince yourself that you don't need to.

This is an example of a bad decision that can be prevented with a schedule.
5. The icing on the cake.

Now:

- You've had a great start to the day - - You now have more energy and positivity for the rest of the day.
- You start to have more confidence in yourself.

This will allow you to make more effective decisions for the bigger problems of the day.
