I also looked at what Boy Scouts is claiming is false and misleading in the ads they flagged in their filing asking the court for an injunction. As I told @usatoday, there is nothing inaccurate in what these lawyers are claiming. Really unlikely in some cases. But not inaccurate.

More colloquially, ambulance chase away, lawyers. And, in my view, the more people who come forward via the claims process, the better. The more attorneys involved, the better. More people = more likely there will be a robust process and not quick settlement forced on survivors.
