At this very moment I am simultaneously the most miserable yet happiest I have felt in a long time. Confusing, I know.

Grindstone is a 100 mile out-and-back race deep in the heart of the George Washington National Forest of Virginia.
It climbs 23k feet and descends 23k feet and has the classic European start time of 6pm instead of morning
