Okay. The Judges didn’t cross check this data. Let’s see what 224kmph wind speed is. As per data from Indian Meteorological Department, winds at that speed is considered as “super cyclonic storm” which clearly didn’t hit #Tuticorin in March 2013.

On what basis HC Judges write these in #Sterlite Judgement is ‘God Only Knows’ fact. This is just an example of how non technical people are harassing the law and judicial department and how other non technical people and partymen are rejoicing unwise literature
